| Bio: | Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening and Good Night... I am pheynix (well phey_nix seeing as someone stole the full name! don't you just hate that?) and was always told that it was best to start things off with a joke,but as I can't think of one at the moment so a couple of questions that might give you some clue as to the way in which my mind works... If a person owns a piece of land do they own it all the way down to the core of the earth? Why can't women put on mascara with their mouth closed? Is it possible to brush your teeth without wiggling your arse? Why are they called stairs inside but steps outside? Why is there a light in the fridge and not in the freezer? Why does mineral water that 'has trickled through mountains for centuries' have a 'use by' date? Why do toasters always have a setting that burns the toast to a horrible crisp no one would eat? Why does goofy stand erect while Pluto remains on all fours? They're both dogs! What do you call male ballerinas? Can blind people see their dreams? Do they dream?? Now... if you're still here after that brief moment of insanity... you are either braver than I thought or really quite strange too! Yay! Firstly, the main purpose of this journal is to store my fanfic... I love reading fanfic - esp well written ones and am constantly amazed at the number of good authors out there! There have been countless fics where I have wished that the original actually went there... If someone paid me, then I would quite happily read fanfic for a living!!! But no one will... woe is me... I love writing and I want to get better at it. I've been writing for about 2 years now (I do write as another person too but that is not important here...) but haven't done much recently as have had some RL problems... so since they have finally been sorted out - I hope - I decided to relaunch and get rid of some of the crazy maurading bunnies that I have been living with for like ever... oh and I am an unrepentant slasher... something about it is just so much more... well I don't know - sodomy non sapiens... There is nothing really interesting to know about me... I love good music and have no favourite band since I just like listening to the songs... although 30 Seconds to Mars and Goo Goo Dolls are currently clogging up my ipod. I can always listen to Summer of 69 and Livin on a Prayer and Chasin Cars (and if I have to tell you who they are by you deserve shooting!) Fav TV programmes are House - the best thing ever to come out of America... Hugh Laurie is a star! and QI... so funny and really quite interesting... Films - well Serenity simply blew me away - it was sheer genius... also, well, my utter guilty pleasure is pretty pretty men - so I shamefully have to admit that I will be amenable to watching any film with a pretty male lead... I love history and I love myth... horror is romantic and romance is over-rated... Anything else... I don't know... I can't really spell and it took me years to learn to tell the time - my father devoted an entire 6 hour journey to it... and still I had problems... Now I just forget the date!
